Duramix™ 04240 is the replacement for Duramix 04040 in a 200 mL cartridge that uses the 3M™ Automix™ Dispenser 08117 or 08571.
Duramix 04240 is a semi-rigid urethane material for repairing Xenoy, HPA, ABS, PPO, SAN, PA, GTX, SRIM, RRIM and other semi-rigid plastic parts and bumper covers. Sets within 1 minute. Sands easily after 15 minutes.
Duramix 04240 is a urethane plastic repair material for repairing damaged bumpers and re-building tabs. Can also be used to bond many dissimilar materials such as plastic, fiberglass and metal.
